Wolves zones tend to cap at 6. If yiu have a zone with 5 females and 1 male, that zone is locked. No more respawns coming into that zone. The standard pack size for wolves is 5

If you're playing the PC version but originally bought the game and DLC on Xbox, it will only work for the Xbox version. Each platform version is, essentially, it's own game entirely, so crossplay and cross-save aren't on the table except maybe for Steam and Epic.
