There is none. What you're talking about is probably the bullet m/s aka velocity. By the time it lands it hits a different spot than you were aiming for if its a moving animal, but will happen regardless of wind.

Diamonds are about 1/100. Usually they have to be max level, LV 3 for birds and some deer. LV 9 for predators, Buffalo and red deer. Lv 5 for most everything else. Sometimes they can be diamond at one level below max, but you should never count on it.

I look and it's a max weight lv2 mountain hare. I think to myself "that lynx is probably small since it gave a warning call instead of just fleeing straight away". So I nail the rabbit with the 22.... hmm maybe the lynx didn't spook. I look back and there is an alarmed LV 9 lynx 100 M away....

Yeah bullets of any kind are unaffected by wind, based on my testing. At least within render distance. I primarily use low power rifles like the .22 and .45 Air rifle at 300-400m. They're unaffected even in storms like these vids show. I kind of wish rounds were affected, but sadly only bolts and arrows are, to any measurable degree.
