in the trophy manager, select the mount you want to disassemble, make sure it’s a multimount, if you hit delete, it will disassemble, there used to be a seperate button that said disassemble, which was more clear but it won’t actually delete the animals.

these are mine - first is loving bond (increased bond, can do the other one which is less burdened by carrying animals back but i was annoyed by how often the bond would drop LOL), second is 6th sense (increased detection for when an animal is about to flee - the other is retrieving arrows but requires the recycling perk and i dont have that), third is further distance for retrieving trophies/howl, fourth is more energy/going to heel position when you fire your weapon, fifth is higher chance of staying close to you/swimming faster, and sixth is chance to ward off predator attacks/retrieves at longer distances and less burdened by carrying harvests
