One thing I’d really like to get in game is cross progression with DLC and profiles so I can hunt on the pc when the wife wants to watch tv and use the tv when I want to relax

I'm assuming you mean pc and console. I've heard the devs said that is either extremely extremely unlikely or never going to happen based on the amount of work it would take since it wasn't built with that in mind. Probably a FAQ somewhere

yeah due to the engine the game was made on, it isn’t possible, the game would have to be remade on a new engine

I wanted to let the creators know that I have played PlayStation and Xbox games forever it seems and HCOTW is the best I ever played. I played for so long now without getting bored.
I want the creators to build a TEXAS map. Our state is so diverse and we have many animal species to choose. The game could be set in South Texas on the King Ranch near Kingsville, Texas. Imagine the preserve as it was in the 1800s. Longhorn cattle roaming everywhere with killer horns, hunting Mourning and White-wing dove on the wing at a pond in late afternoon. You shoot one down and it falls into a thicket of tangled bush and Mesquite. You are on your belly trying to find a way through an armadillo’s trail and low and behold you are face-to-face with a 6’ rattlesnake as fat as a fence post and he ain’t happy. You pull out your .410 snake charmer (short barreled) shotgun and defend your ground. An angry Javelina Hog hears the shot and has both his long sharp tusks ready to take off your leg before you make it to safety. Hunting is a challenge with all the dense bush and cactus. The game will have to introduce a new form of hunting vehicle called a horse with at least two pack mules. However, consider the warm moonlight nights around a campfire on the Nueces River. You are about to turn in when renegade Indians or Mexican Banditos decide to raid you for your recent whitetail deer harvest.
