For those (Male & Female pair) near Lake Leviathan, look at this screenshot, the place where they spawn is marked with an X, then the pair heads in this direction on the small, raised plateau. If you are next to the lake, you will not see them because they pass by on the small plateau. Now they should spawn during feeding hours since they feed at night.
Be careful, they will see you very easily.

Yes, that's primarily its use. The feeders have a range of about 400m. You can't place them less than 300m from each other. So, let's say you have three zones for the same animal, and they are less than 400m apart, the feeder will attract those three zones when the animals pass to go to their feeding zones. Need zones tracks are there for 6 hours and tracks in between the zones are there for 3 hours., at night you have to turn on you're headlamp or night vision to see them,.

It's hard to say, we can't see the rest of your image. In my opinion, either you have the DLC and didn't buy it in the store, or it was destroyed. If that's the case, you can go to an outpost and retrieve it from your inventory.

Hopefully if they do, it is future maps. I have every DLC map purchased and I know many many others do as well. It would be too much trouble for the Devs to make a DLC map into a free, base game map
