I can't select agony mode anymore on the maps i unlocked it on and my well keeper is gone even though i got him unlocked.

Not bugs. The well keeper took your gold and left (no, i'm not joking) and you start Agony from the statue to the left of the door now.

I don't have a statues to the left of the door, but i've beaten the first and second stages lords...

I think you need to beat all stages to unlock agony now.
