Look. I started a trend! 😂
Hi Exprezzo. Welcome to OpenHornaholics Anonymous.
Yes, always accepting new members,
your knobs look fantastic
Thanks for commenting about my knobs.
I fixed the "level" issue. They're sitting a little more flush now. It's nice to finally get back into building a little bit. Working on a shield for the Mega to finish the rest of the right console in one big swoop.
@glass helm I have another surprise for you!
More knobs. I'm trying my hardest to keep it professional
Oh hell no. 3-parts to each knob, they get painted separately and then assembled. Zero bleed through and fits like a glove on the right hand of Michael Jackson. Only issue I have is the minor elephant's foot, but only takes a few seconds to file/sand awayl
ah, so you're one doing them that way, that really does come out really nice
How do you make them 3 parts?
Just split the body up in Fusion
The files should be on my github. It's possible that they've also been updated since I exported them. I printed them out last year and I'm just now getting around to building it
I’m going to have check out those files. I’ll have to take a pass at printing more for the UIP/LIP stack.
Tolerances should already be built in. And I'm pretty sure they're good to go, but there is the possibility I changed some of the taps to fit screws that I had on hand.
