In years past, we've often had folks with cars offer ride shares to other people.

If you're bringing a car to mysterium and are cool with ride-sharing with other people, please sign up on our SignUpsheet with your car model, name, expected passengers, and remaining open seats.

I will most likely have a car with me unless I decide to fly in but its way more likely I will drive there (depending if its cheaper to fly, or to pay for gas and drive! LOL) and have 3 seats for the ride to Cyan HQ if needed.

being as we live ~1hr away from downtown Spokane, my partner and i will be driving in as well. My partner may only do a couple of days of the event, though i plan to be there all 3(4?) days and will have room in the minivan for extra ppl 4 - 5 if three dont mind being elbow to elbow.

So, is there any sort of plan for distributing the open spots to those who need rides, or are we just supposed to claim spots? I think that the latter option could get chaotic, with everyone trying to edit the Google sheet at once

for now, folks can work together to claim spots. some of ya'll are already working together on that (X person riding with Y person, etc. just mark that in the psreadsheet)

At this stage it'll be best to figure out who you'd want to be with on the drive over if you're in need of a ride. It's not been a mad dash of editing so far, so the sooner you figure out who/which car the less hassle it'll be later

ya, if you are looking at what i think you are, that was the seats available in the vehicle when i added it, and the boxes just represent the seats that have been taken/not taken. thats the way i read it when i added our van.

I opened another spot in my car so if there's two people who want to ride together I realized I have three seatbelts in the back of my car. The middle section with the seatbelt is just a bit smaller so it could be a squish but is there if needed.

My partner and i were looking over the ride share list tonight making sure i have everything ill need for the trip from the hotel to Cyan HQ, and i am wondering what the best way to do this will be: front door, or parking garage for pickup point? I do not wish to leave anyone behind by accident, and i have found that setting that meetup point before things kick off really helps to keep that from happening.
