Im getting 60 fps but the game feels like its running at 30, i just started playing this game and it happened when i reached the cultist village and now it just doesnt stop, anyone know a fix?

There are some memory leak issues that the devs are aware of and are working to fix. Are you playing on your PC or the Steam Deck?

im not having memory leaks tho, my ram and memory usage is pretty normal
it does go up a bit but not drastically

Check a couple of things.
Do you have fps mode set to unlimited? If so, lower it.
Some players have better luck with windowed vs fullscreen.
I had better luck with performance toggling pixel perfect.

my fps limit is at 60 but i have v sync enabled for the game in nvidia control panel and i have pixel perfect off

There's a pixel perfect setting, try toggling it. I had improved performance turning it off.
