I havent been able to see any enchant scrolls for last 30+ runs (ng0-ng1-ng2-ng3)

And I am missing most of the enchants.

Am I unlucky; or is there a way to fix this bug( if its a bug)

What tier Magic Shop do you have? It could be tied to not having the tier required for certain enchantments to show up

Mybe it's because I am only farming with 2 toons. Mybe enchants are linked to characters??
