it would seem killer physique stop working at some point.
when i had the run as a simple warrior i never had this problem but since taking berserker, sometimes it does not work anymore in my runs and my health regen does not increase.
my skills bonuses are :
war cry : second wind lvl 2
warrior's constitution : combat training lvl1, toughness lvl 1, mighty strenght lvl 1
killing spree: killer physique lvl max,dauntless lvl 1
leap: trembling impact lvl 1
rage : none

I dont think that's the issue, I've seen it work with several level ups, sometimes
Most recent run it appeared to break when going across levels, as it was working until I went to next part of forest in a run and now it's not functional again
(but honestly I could be wrong)

Worth noting that when I crossed the level boundary where it stopped, I was rank 2 in it
so that could still be tied in; hopefully I can hit rank 3 and see if it comes back

Followup: I died on that one (lol) next mission I haven't yet upgraded my regen past rank 1 and it also stopped working once i crossed a level barrier
rip; hope it gets fixed because this is my favorite warrior skill

(followup again, I hope it's ok to add extra detail) In level, I found it working UNTIL I took a third skill in the same thing (i.e. Killing Spree ability, I had Brutality and Killer Physique, but then I took Dauntless and it stopped working right there, rather than a level break). Unclear if any skill would have done it, or if something to do with interacting with the orb wigged it out; just thought I'd add. Hopefully devs see this!

Update: Taking Rank 2 Brutality when I had Rank 1 Killer Physique ended the KP buff
Tested on fight before and after taking it
At that point I had taken several other skills, but to note: all other skill buffs I took were also only rank 1 at that time
Addedum: The effect came back the next floor (it's the totem boss fight, in this case)

somehow i was able to make it work my whole run
i wasn't able to get all the skills i had but i ran this normally without not taking any skill specifically
