Some background on myself:
Poutine-eating French-Canadian.
I used to play Valheim years ago with some friends and we never finished the game, eventually getting sidetracked by other stuff. I've gotten as far as the Plains biome, but I haven't done Mistlands or Ashlands. I've always liked the game and I'd like to complete what it has to offer, but I'd like to do it starting fresh, given how long it's been since I've played it.

Who is a good candidate?:
I'm just gonna be direct for the sake of fostering proper candidates: I'm what the kids would call an unc. I've been gaming since the Quake and Unreal Tournament days. I'd prefer to game with other adults. I'm looking for a small group of up to 4 people at most, since being able to synchronize the schedule of 4 people who have jobs and/or kids can be challenging.

Where do we play?:
I have a dedicated server hosted on the east coast.

Server settings?:
Raids will be disabled. Everything else will be set to default settings.

Sidenote:
I'll be waiting until we have at least 3 people (myself included) before I create the new world. Might even wait for 4 if the activity of this post gets hot. Ideally we all start at the same time. This is a "New characters/New world" deal.

bro ong im a 23 yr old mechanic that became a mechanic for a girl and got cheated on in the proccess of becoming a mechanic and now that ive been to myself for the first time in 4 yrs im becoming myself again and trying to work in a factory and find a tattoo apprenticeship i 100% need the unc wisdom lmao

It sounds like you need a shoulder to lean on more than a Valheim partner, and while I've been in that spot myself (we all need a friend to lean on sometime in our lives), I can tell you right now I'd be a really terrible therapist.

in the hardest time to become a tattoo artist because the oldheads are mad its so easy to make more money than them and so many people are getting into the field rn because of social media success prolly but valhiem parter is a good start game is game i gotta hire one whn i become an artist

Don't let go of your dreams and aspirations just because of some obstacles, show them your worth. I don't think you're a good fit for the type of partnership I'm looking for though. I'd be happy to chat with you in DM if you need someone to vent to, but I'm not looking for that type of situation with a Valheim partner.

Hey, brother. Are you still looking for people? It's been a little over 3 years since I've played (child #1 came, then #2 came half a year ago), but I have about 300 hours in the game. I've been looking for a chill group of older folks to play with too, and, just from reading you posting and replies, you sound like you've got a good head on your shoulders. If you are still looking for another, I'd be very interested.

I'm Canadian but not French. I prefer my poutine without cheese. So fries and gravy. I am a certified Unc, and in my mid 30s. East coast too so ping would be good.
