If you add Anti Cheat and Server Side characters mods, I'd be interested. Without them, it's 100% guarantee that people will import/fix toons on other servers etc. That's always the downfall of harder game set ups.

Anti cheat will be more of a pain for you on server set up, to be honest, but will keep your server legit. Nothing more annoying then having a server with high difficulty/immersive set up, then have people importing items or going back to their server to raise their skills or whatever.
