Older server, no rush, mostly building/exploring, 2-5 daily players and 20+ casual/MIA.

  • Players must start a new character. Importing/cheating anything into the game is not allowed. Filthy WeMod/etc casuals are not welcome.
  • The mods try to retain vanilla's feel, minus some of the dumb stuff, like drowning, and not being able to earlygame shoot/spear/cook fish.
  • Big start island. Large/long rivers good for karves. Walkable up to mistland biome, with many surrounding islands.
  • Boss powers are individual to each player, you dont see trophies at the boss stones unless you put them there.
  • Random-location portals to keep it interesting.
  • Traders will buy and sell most things.

easy <-> normal (vanilla) <-> hard (this server) <-> hardcore

  • A mic is important, but we dont always need to do voice either.

A few more people joined yesterday, one of them confirmed that the current modpack works on mac, if the user is a tiny bit tech-capable. Legendary.
So there are now 6-7 playing, 3-4+ of those every day, and an additional 7 status-unknown or status-RL players.

The chat group of active players is now 8/10, with 6 players on yesterday, mostly in groups of 2 or 3 doing their own thing. It got pretty hectic; mods clashed, buildings collapsed, but order was restored and gaming intensified. The sun was rising by the time I left.

@split crystal so what happened? looks the server bounced you and you just left the group. Server shows no errors, so I'm guessing you either didnt make a new character or something else that would have probably been obvious to me if you said what was going on at your end.
