I'm running a heavily modded server if you're interested? It's a cozy little place, not a lot of people, so you have good picks for your first home. Two players are donating their previous homes, so you have some real estate. All I require is that people who defeat Moder need to move off of Spawn island, and only visit during the day, as I have player-based progression.
