I dont think we got someone directly from that time zone but people do come online as and when they get the chance from there hectic lives. So i guess you do ending up meeting people at odd hours but ye thats the deal pretty much.

I was clearing out a village ruin for my single player base, i dont overly care since its creative and chose the wrong character when joining when joining random servers looking to get build inspireation, there was no bad motive im not sure why you chose to taddle on me for a simple mistake when im trying to join a long term server?
