No rules is part of his post, it's also his dedicated server so technically he can do whatever he wants with it.

If you had an issue with him on your own server that sounds like your problem and why it's important to create backups regularly. At least 1 backup per day in case something were to ever happen.

Naming and shaming creates a lot more problems than it solves. If it happened on your server, then it's your responsibility to deal with it yourself and not drag every person in a different discord into it.
