I found all of mine in a Black Forest, basically just large sized stones

They spawn in meadows, black forest, swamps and mountains, but they're very hard to find in those last two biomes because of altitude limits.

Rocky's spawn beyond 1,000 meters;
Haldor spawns from 1,500 meters and beyond.

So if you explore every unexplored (added in edit) biome beyond a circle with a radius from spawn to Haldor you're certain you're at the right distance.

Most people seem to have a lot of luck in the Black Forest and meadows. Personally, I recommend black forest- that’s where I’ve found all my Rockies

Same for mountains because it’s almost entirely above 20m (Rocks spawn between 5 and 20m altitude)

The 3D animation is done in Godot and the text and it’s colour changing was made in Pixel Composer which I also used to convert the png sequence into a gif. Neither of these are the best choice for making this kind of thing, I use them because I already had them installed before making these animations.

The only thing obliterator gives you is coal 🙂 the only difference is the amount of materials needed to get 1 piece of it

Go 1000m out or further, explore black forests (i've had the most success with them), and be at a z elevation of 5-20m, turn vegetation on lowest and you're looking for a slightly larger pickable stone

You need to find a pickable rock (not stone) in unexplored areas, either in meadows, black forest, swamp or mountain, but I have gotten them from the first 2 biomes.

They’re very rare in swamp and mountains because they only spawn between 5-20m altitude, so don’t search there

Hello, i wanted to share my unique review of Valheim:

The home I left behind is complicated and remorseless. The tribes battle for control exhausting precious resources and blood in whole to win only ash.

I do not belong in the 10th world and I intend to prove this to him. He left me here with nothing, I will bend this world to my will and leave it behind to take my rightful place at his side.

My axe cuts down foes and shapes home and hearth. Every night brings new challenges, there is no promise I will see the sun return. This peril enriches every step I take, every ocean I cross.

There is a simplicity in survival, a reward in furtherance. For every boundary I cross I become more resourceful. For every trophy I collect I become more powerful.

The creatures of this realm see me as a brute, a destructive force. Hugin, ever present in triumph, guides my way. I will one day leave this place for Valhalla, but not before I have rewritten the runestones of this world to tell my story.

That is not the rock 😄 this one only shows text after you hit it i believe. The "Rocky" rock can be picked up like normal stone and reads "rock" even without hitting it 🙂
