I was messing around with forcedelete and used "forcedelete 20 fir" and it got rid of some of my campfires...I doubt that's intended. Wasn't a huge issue as they were for spawn prevention and I just finished a less (visually) intrusive version, but a odd occurance I thought worthwhile to bring up.

I love the fact that tab works to cycle trough all the id's.
I use devcommands frequently in a test world, in the world we actually play I only ever use the fly command to build and sometimes the no build from debugmode and I'll toss away the resources later.

it gets 5 spirit damage with every upgrade, but that's basically nothing, you're not wrong.

some people just overestimate how strong DoT damage types are.
5 spirit damage on a hit means you get some amount of ticks that, when combined into one number, total out to 5 damage, it's just delayed damage.

My first few playthroughs were pre-mistlands on m+kb, which was great.
I've done a couple playthroughs post-mistlands with controller and it's been fantastic.
Crafting / sorting inventory is slower, but that's going to happen in any game when you compare m+kb to controller.

Idk if controller support was improved at any point in time, but I can say the state it's in now is pretty fantastic.

I usually feed the smelter and kiln in the moring - go out about my day, kill stuff get more ore and feed it again in the vening - i never had any issue getting all the stuff smeltered that i wanted smeltered with only a klin and a smelter... i did build some smeltering lane lately with 5 smelters and 4 kilns but it sits around doing nothing most of the time because one filling morning one evening makes such quick work of the ore

you do not have ot babysit the stuff... just fill it and go 😄

I have learned something interesting about devcommands. the command to refuel your torches, campfires and hearths works in both positive and negative values, with negative removing fuel. doesn't work with all commands but that was a interesting discovery that saved my lox from catching itself on fire.

Something to understand before you start self-diagnosing (though nothing wrong with that if you find you tick lots of boxes), is that Autism and ADHD traits are ALL normal traits. That is, a neurotypical person may have a clothes texture sensitivity, or may have a strong dislike of certain sounds or smells, or maybe can get hyperfocussed on certain tasks. But just having a few traits won’t cross the diagnostic threshold. For that the person needs multiple traits. And the possible traits are frequently opposites of each other - so hyper and hypo sensitivity/focus/etc - it’s the degree to which you are away from the average or ‘norm’ or ‘typical’ that makes you neurodiverse. And what traits you have is what puts you in the various overlapping camps.

(Sorry, can you tell this became something of a special interest after I was diagnosed? 🤣)

Yeah everyone has ADHD and autism traits, it's the amount and severity that makes you get diagnosed with it and even with that diagnosis there are multiple degrees and forms.
My wife, one of the twins and me all have autism, the other twin has strong autism traits but falls just below the threshold to get the diagnosis.
The twins and I have ADHD but my wife doesn't but she does have some traits of it.
Some of us have overlapping traits but also very much a difference in how we experience our neuro divergence.

if you leave and enough time passes then they should hatch just as you return to them

You need to be close for them to get warm, once they are warm you can leave and go do something else.
Once you get back in render range they will hatch and then you can go away again to let them grow up.
It takes a few seconds for them to hatch and / or grow up once you get in render range again.
It is also the safest thing to do, no raids or stray mobs coming to annoy or kill the hatchlings.

Well, i love Ac, if ur looking for classic Ac games then play Ac 1 and Ezio Trilogy, if u don't want bad graphics but still a decent Ac dedicated game then play unity or mirage, if u like rpg's and open world, but still want Ac game like game, play origins, if u want a lot of action and Ac game like game, play Ac remastered and if u like prates and Assasin's play Black flag, the games that i wouldn't recomend when ur looking for a more traditional style Ac games are: Syndicate, Oddysey, Valhalla now Origins is the beginning of the brotherhood and imo has a fantastic story but there isn't really any much stealth that u can do

This is a long road of questioning that I don't know if any dev has ever answered...

I very much plan in any game I make to have the information available directly from the source so people don't have to fish or guess. 🤷‍♂️

I do know that sometimes numbers are changed by back-end people to make stuff work better or achieve what was asked of them in a cleaner way, and they don't necessarily tell anyone when they do that, because no one really checks as long as it looks/behaves the way it was designed to.

And there are other things that don't even have "written down" numbers because they are animation-driven.

Over in Unreal it gets even more fun with ranges. Like if you want to know how far something goes (projectile, dash, whatever) and they coded it by distance - you have a number. If they coded it by "apply impulse" - good luck.
