The nice thing about the upcoming update is that as long as you avoid the very southern part of the map, you should be able to play continuously through. The new update will work with existing maps as long as you haven't explored the Ashlands.

you can always make a base at one of the outposts, or destroy their wards with eitr and take over their towers

Found out how much pain in the ass it is to get a replacement battery to laptops, or at least to the one I have. First ordeal was getting that damn thing open... spent an hour carefully trying to pry it open without breaking anything. Now I finally knew what battery it has... now time to use that info and find some place in own country to order the battery! ... ... ... NONE. Nobody is selling that specific battery.

I don't have one, but it should work if you enable G-Sync, assuming it's compatible. Make sure you're connected via DisplayPort.

All manufacturers support FreeSync, Nvidia just tries to lock people in with G-Sync being their proprietary version, effectively.

And it concerns me a bit because the monitor id like to buy isn’t listed on nvidias website of supported monitors list. What if i just plug the monitor just a regular way using hdmi? Will i be missing out on something too good if i don’t use that amd freesync tech?

And i can’t even find a single monitor with g sync in them, not sure why. Maybe g sync monitors aren’t budget friendly

Freesync and G-Sync are equivalent. It's a hardware way to prevent screen tearing. That's said, I highly recommend DisplayPort regardless, it is a better standard than HDMI for computer video, and better cables
