I think it was purchasable for maybe 18 months(?) before I bought it. I hate early-access with a passion. The difference is that Valheim considers 'incomplete' in the context of advanced content.

I'm not a huge fan either but I don't think its terrible. As long as you don't mind needles or have a weakened body I'd say the blood loss doesn't affect you much. I mean for me I did pass out 10 sec and the needle hurt a bit but I felt fine for the rest of the day
