If anything, I think Valheim has changed the battlefield so to speak on its own. I’m not a fan boy, and Valheim is not a perfect game. But it pushed boundaries and raised the standard for survival games- which is a respectable feat. I wish the best for games such as Enshrouded that they look at Valheim and see what made it great, and learn from it. It’s not a matter of ‘Valheim VS Enshrouded death match” but instead just different games that potentially cater to different audiences.

DLSS is an AI-based upscaling tech that is Nvidia specific, FSR is another similar technique for AMD. Valheim uses Unity as it's engine, which forgoes both of those specific branded techniques to have their own internal render scaling method. But at the end of the day it's all very similar and has the same benefits/drawbacks. Valheim does NOT have any kind of RT rendering available, and I'm not sure it is anywhere in the plans.

As for the old roadmap from 2021 - while that specific list was scrapped not long after EA launch when the game turned out to be vastly more successful than anticipated and priorities changed as a consequence, most of the stuff on it is in the game, though not necessarily in the way they envisioned at the time of EA launch. A lot of other stuff that wasn't on it is also in the game now.

I would advice an open fire bbq, you use wooden logs for fire and have a ring to grill on, the fire won't reach your meat like with a traditional bbq but you still get the taste of the smoke from the wood.
If you can get one that can also be used to smoke things, taht's even better.

I make veal and lamb burgers like that, ground up meat, spices to taste , an egg, some breadcrumbs, bit of chilly or tabasco or minced jalapenos for a bit of a kick and then some shredded mozzarella or cheddar, mix it up good, make balls of it, throw on grill and press down so you get a pancake / hamburger form and serve with a toasted bun.
