if it's for kick-starting the base power supply then you can skip it by loading the map in custom game and kickstart it there using infinite energy thing
then export the save and import it to the editor

well imo it looks quite bad
problem being that there is just repetitive defense stacked and some large schematics placed inbetween
just varying the defense a bit more and putting some more factories in the center would make things way better

Ut is very hard to balance the difficult tbh
Some megabase sectors are too hard
Some are just too easy for megabase
For non-megabase just make it weaker than gs or cs then it ll be ok
