Current objective, Make some turrets now.
To clarify, this mod is a project to serve as an example for other rookie modders. On github i have been building a wiki to explain how to create things and what things mean.
Also a good side quest is to actually make a functional game.
Next on list is ores.
You should make the explodium wall use destroyBullet so that it's EXTRA EXPLOSIVE

destroyBullet is a bullet spawned when the block is destroyed

Starforge: Fuses Surge and Harcite to make Charged alloy. Simulates the inside of a star
Decided to had some explodium to the mix because i felt it was left out and 5 blocks seems like it would be weird to have 2 inputs.
A single star forge takes 3 nuclear reactors

New Blocks: Just cargo pickup and drop off
Radac is a cargo unit that carries items from pickups and drops them at drop offs.
i really wanted a spooder cargo unit but oh well ;-;

Possible ideas:
Item and liquid transportation items using new items as resources,
A turret that uses your items to shoot artillery clusters,
A new liquid that and works a tiny bit better than cryofluid,
A new unit and or unit line meant for close combat cheap defending,
A new reactor that uses explodium to produce power at the expense of buildings around it being damaged in small reaction explosions,
A new drill using explodium to drill large quantities in slow blasts.(In an erekir impact drill style function)
Hm. Now I read this forum I realise I could apply for the mod teams and help make this myself. Interesting. I'll have a go at that tommorow

I don't use dev console I genuinely had no idea that existed. I just tested and tested until I got things to work
I use Mnemotechnician's console mod.
That was originally a unit from the whonk armada that didn't really fit the theme and idea so I moved it over and left it in the state it was in

Indeed. I do not know how to make the bridge arrows work properlly. All I have is the bridge working

Focus sprites came from the whonk armada
it's errors that are auto ignored because they're unimportant
as in they're fields that don't exist in that class
they can have an impact on start up time

All of them. All helpers listed helped with code and special effects
I know it may be a bit hard to belive because of how horrible some sprites are in comaprison to others

I just thought that the harcite walls look a tad more detailed than vanilla walls for they're size.

We have successful blast stuff
The only thing to work on is the code for the explodium mixer being full of water with the hole in the middle being blue
The only thing still left spriteless is horticulture
So what if I said I got bored, made a sprite for horticulture and resprited ormalute, recoloured the radac-full cells and resprited vdulk

The way horticulture is coded it disappears when you try to spawn it but the sprite is working fine

I'm making some updates and changes so that blocks are in correct categories and the one turret we have currently has different effects for different ammo
I remember joining this project when I could only sprite and new little about code and now I have much more experience I can add entire blocks, units, and turrets in aswell as sprite them so I can make the mod an even better example
Char now has different coloured flames for coal and pyrite to match scorch which it didn't have before
I also had a headache trying to change around some names and code for conveniance but it just made things worse so I undid it and I'm sticking with the way the names are set up now

Visual and code updates to blast mixer. Changed the sprite and made it visually progress like cryofluid mixer filling with water and slowly producing and filling up with blast fluid
I might add some more applications for high end materials like blast fluid and charged alloy because they currently have only one use each and they seem underwhelming to make if they have little to no use
I also need to add a way to create horticulture. Maybe a specialist factory
I'll think of unit ideas because having only flying units in the mod is limiting for examples

New crafter. Blast Infusor uses oil and explodium to craft blast compound. Making this a simpler recipe for blast compound but requiring a more expensive structure
Explosive drill has been buffed to mine faster than the airblast drill and is now more expensive
It has glass but no glow or liquid inside
