I have a blueprint with a similar issue, after testing the file posted by Little908 and the bug still being present can I assume that the fix only works for new builds, and any blueprints from old builds even if the blueprint is newly created from the old build will be bugged still?
Or perhaps the bug exists in my world file? Its not the world save after testing the blueprints on a new world. After additional tests if I make a blueprint from the blueprint(on the new world) it fixes the issues, so perhaps its any blueprint made on the old bugged world.
