With all the issues that have been going on over the last week the moderators are not able to keep up with the support tickets. Why not select a few players to work on just reviewing certain types of support tickets that don't require a high skill level; such as underage players? Seems simple enough to review a video and decide if a player is underage. They can then just recommend the player be removed. There are many people,including myself, that would be happy to help out and take some of the burden off the moderators. I would do it for free because it would help make the game run smoother.

It is now useless to have my own table! I cant choose my own level of buy ins kicks changed, pin n private, what for if we cant choose. I Maybe play a few tournaments here n there but it's not worth the cost. Im canceling my subscription. Sorry, is this an adult game here or are we catering to children while losing people who generally like the game respectfully and will pay. No need to respond it is what it is....

I’m in the same boat, Lonewolf. We are being punished for being faithful members of this community for years. I have put plenty of money into this game and now I can’t play unless it’s at a 400k buy in where I never play at and I certainly don’t want to play for ten hours a day. We get the High Stakes back and I don’t understand why that isn’t a choice for us either. The play numbers will go up in any case because a whole new crop of children will be getting new oculus’s from Santa and it won’t matter whether dedicated players are here or not. So I guess we have to start all over on new accounts with the children at level one in order to play the way we want to play.

I just wanted to say thank you for everything Poker VR has been over the years. I’ve spent the last five years on this game, made lifelong friends, and even wrote two full books inspired by the experiences and people I met here. That’s not something I take lightly.
Right now, something feels a little lost, and it’s made it harder to enjoy the game the way I once did. I truly hope to see positive changes in the future, because this has been a great game and a special place for many of us.
I’m hoping to be back soon. Wishing you a Merry Christmas and all the best. Spending the holidays alone this year.
