I think the process to receive 💰payouts should be much easier. I’m sure you guys are far more advanced and should have the technology to keep track of all royal flushes etc and challenges hands with a monitoring system that picks up on them and logs it into the players profile history automatically. This will save tons of time as the members are doing the work to ensure payment and sometimes have trouble receiving payment. This isn’t my experience yet but the experience others have had.
I also heard about the tournament that pays out 6.5 million to the winner mean while to participate is 400k and has 50 players sounds a bit unfair players should at least see 50% of the 20 million payed to play collectively as players. #1092390079831494686

Receiving payouts is super simple - you post, the post is reviewed, you get added to the payout list (or not) and then payout is processed on Fridays for those whose posts have been approved.

Our team is constantly working to improve the game, and the processes as well, but being on Discord itself is important for keeping up with news, rules and many other things.

Also, requests are all very welcome, but keep in mind that PokerVR is a much smaller company than the 8000 pound gorilla in the room, and feature additions need to be balanced and considered very carefully, and take time to implement as they are prioritized amongst the other requests, features and bug fixes. "Trust the process" is a key phrase 😎

BTW @gritty sinew It's best if you put one suggestion per post topic. Splitting out your tournament suggestion into its own suggestions topic will let the topic be discussed more thoroughly, added to by other players, while still being specific and sorted from the rest of the topics, as tournament and discord bonus awards are handled very differently.

Be sure to look for existing topics you can vote up/down and post comments to, vs creating new topics when possible as well.

Keep adding your thoughts and suggestions as the dev & admin team does review content regularly.

They have their roadmap already, and their company priorities regarding the app and Discord/Support, but a lot of things posted here have made their way in already.

There are many reasons why things are the way they are, but thanks for chiming in!

Personally I like having Discord challenges for Straight Flush and Royal Flush, because when players have troubles with their accounts, they already know how to take screenshots and upload them to Discord so we can help them figure out what's going on. (we're Quest and Discord users but not Quest and Discord support after all) Straight and Royal flushes are easy to remember for doing this.

Right now the awards are a big bag of 💰 as a reward for pushing through the challenging technical hurdles that may pay off with more than chips in time.
