Remove "Good Job" or add ability to mute voice and notifications

There is an option to mute via the scoreboard on three levels. Chat, Voice, and Notifications (in game pings)

I've muted people on voice before and sometimes found those same players at least willing to be helpful with in game pings. So it makes sense to break them out like that IMO

I didn't like the period where I couldn't say it in a positive manner. People will find any random ping to be toxic. Removing the ability to be positive because people will misuse it just worsens the game climate.

I normally just mute them and it's fine. That's the real option and I'm glad it exists

There was a period where the community was fully convinced that removing a "good job" would actually have an effect on toxicity, what actually happened was players would end up spamming " Out of mana" as a substitute instead.

Don't remove the messages just give people the ability to mute pings from other players.
