Removing Unstoppable from "Unstoppable Force" makes the ability extremely lackluster. But if you're going to try to keep the "spirit" of the ability in giving a tenacity buff allow it to exceed the 60% cap. If you have any tenacity in your build already the ultimate immediately hits the cap. Allow the tenacity bonus from Unstoppable Force to bring the player up to say 90%. So Terra can still be interrupted by stuns but the effect of slows and roots are extremely brief. As it is the ultimate has no identity.
