Ever sense kira has been brought back into the game every time i fight her my screen buggs out and frames drop, especially if she is using an ability it makes it impossible to see anything on my screen. This happens every single time i approach her, her alt seems to cause the most issue where i am unable to see anything for the entire duration.

If it's the same issue I had, or related to it, then I've had this issue on and off for a long time, maybe 2-3 patches ago too. At least not frames dropping, but like, insane screen tearing. Switching off DLSS helped IIRC, but the issue still persists even then.
Though for me it would happen when I played AS Kira. Every time I would use RMB, the screen would go crazy for a few seconds. Actually it might have also happened when fighting her as well, but I don't 100% remember.
Not 100% sure yet if it happens in the current patch. Keeping an eye on it.

Thank you i played around with alot of the settings in game and that seems to help a lot, turning off DLSS was good help but wasn't the best, the biggest boost for me was turning Effects and Reflections to low, that seemed to help the most.
