So. Was trying to set up my mmo mouse and kb to use on console cuz my console runs better and I haven't used my pc in over a year to realize that pc users have access to free camera while controller users have to move their whole body around to see whats behind them without changing their trajectory, positioning or have any affect on their desired pathing. Give us the option to turn on a rearview mirror like we're driving a car. And the option to move our camera off our heros shoulders e.g. camera distance. That alone is a huge advantage

Having a quick look behind button would be nice, I’ve heard ppl have made it a macro on certain mouses.yea I brought this up a few years back, being able to look behind would be great. Using free cam can easy bug out and mess up your movement

You can achieve this effect (PC) by holding down Left Alt and moving the camera around. You can even move the character in any direction without having them turn. I don't know if this can be done on console.

Yea only issue with this is you can’t be holding “W” and use free look( what I mean is if you are running “holding W” and you want to look behind you, so you have to release “W” then press alt to be able to look around. Or at least there is something buggy with free look on pc (having to do with pressing buttons while trying to use free cam) cuz it messes up my movement all the time
Hence having a button to just auto look behind would be wonderful. We already can with free look so just give us a button for it. Please and thank you
