He can't have his fear moved to 120 souls bonus. That is reserved for the much needed double siphon hp steal. I do agree that if he can get a nerf somewhere it is there. Making the fear last shorter is an option too imo.

That would be lazy, the fear makes sense but if they keep ot they have to nerf the dash in other ways, the cooldown and distance is what I would target if I was them.
