I just had a offlane yurei get rolled by offlane maco.

My yurei was bronze and the maco was gold.

Maco was able to take first tower and rome the rest of the game while our yurei never put a dent on their tower.

a bronze can be a new player, a really lost player, or even a troll why should they ever queue against someone gold that has proved they have at least decent mechanics and game sense.

Every time they (the gold player) are going to exploit that bronze player to get a win.

it never a fun experience for anybody on the team with the bronze in a mainly gold game.

sn yurei was the only bronze in the game and finished like 0-4 before quitting on us

Agreed.

Although matchmaking may have determined that the given bronze player was in similar MMR range of the gold player, ranks should more closely reflect MMR.

Promote/demote more aggressively to get those players to a rank that better represents their skill.

Absolutely, this is the reason some matches feel like wasting time in a dumpster

i few days ago i was bronze now im silver, i was paragon once, thats just what happens if there are no placement games after new seasons

#

sucks to be in lobbies like that but what do you do

#

thats why rank is never a factor of how good a player is

#

could be a retourning one or someone coming from other mobas

#

even with mad tier skips its going to happen at least sometimes

Agree. The Ranking Distribution in pred is insanely off. It just feels like every Match is a random bunch of Players all sorts of skill no matter what Rank youre in. Thats why there are so many extremely high wins or loses all the time. They Need to stop this hidden mmr nonsense. Six Siege for example just canceled their hidden mmr System because it’s just a terrible Concept. Also we Need more Ranks.but I guess thats a Player Count issue
