Add the ability to see the passive stacks of other heroes to the UI

There is currently no way to see the passive stacks of heroes like:

• Renna (Passive),
• Zarus (Permanent ulti physical power. The temporary Gladiator stacks are probably not required to be visible and you can sort of gauge when the passive is active to some degree via his spear glow),
• Feng Mao (Passive),
• Sevarog (Passive).

HOTS, Dota 2 and LoL all show stack info in the ingame UI - so it shouldn't be a detriment here either.

Sev is sort of halfway there, but that's almost certainly because the models for his shoulders to represent each tier already existed since Paragon, hence it was less work to hook them up to the stacking mechanic here. You currently still can't see the actual number of passive souls, though.

You can see all of this stuff.

Use the button for leveling up your abilities:

• Zarus colosseum stacks are on the left side where buff timers are shown

• Feng is in the ability description it tells u exactly which player is missing.

• Sev & Renna shows a number on your passive ability.

I don't want to derail this thread to argue about semantics. Will just repeat myself again:

Add the ability to see the passive stacks of OTHER heroes to the UI

Also, this type of information should be always in the same place, or in all the places, but not randomly change depending on the character

The stacks should be shown in the passive slow, and the description of the ability should also show it while additional adding the information of the effect you are getting for having X stacks. Like

• 10 Zarus coliseum stacks: You get 15 additional power
