Goopy nonconforming mass of goo who loves to bounce! + Malfunctioning gravety support drone names Spudd!
Spudd wraps himself with his gooey friend as they bounce and bounce and bounce and bounce and bounce!

╚ Abilities/Skills
Passive Amorphous body: goooes form changes, from a bouncy rubbery surface, to a viscus sticky ooze. And so does his arm...and his other arm...and his..what IS that?

When gooey and sticky Melee attacks slow attack speed and can leave zones of amorphous body for at least 6 seconds which are affected by his form shaping abilities. After being separated from these parts of him slowly destabilize. Gooooe was here...

Sluge punch!
While rubbery: punch target terrain/hero/minion bounces gooo backwards from his target, also knocks target back
While gooey: punch so hard you…lose your arm? Punch terrain/hero/minion slowing and dealing damage over time. Leaves behind the amorphous body part on target terrain, builds 2 stacks of goop.

Rubber!
Become rubbery for 12 seconds. Damage reduced by x%•AP ratio. Return 10% damage taken.
Amorphous body parts on the ground become bouncy trampolines, knocking up nearby enemies and allies.
Enemies with goop bounce into the air 1 time per 5 goop stacks.

Goooey
Ends rubber form instantly becoming more viscus
Melt into a large puddle of amorphous body for 5 seconds build goop stacks on targets near amorphous body and main pool targets affected by goop are slowed gradually based on goop stacks maxing at 10. At 10 goop stacks roots enemies for 1.28 seconds.
Amorphous body parts on terrain fall to the floor.

Bounce house!
Goooooe sheds his outer gooey self and emerges Spudd the droid! Placing an anti gravity field that causes enemies and allies to bounce around in chaos! Each bounce deals damage to enemies based on goop stacks! Allies can wall jump more controllably than gooped enemies.

I was thinking I could edit the written kit to make it make more sense as to how it might work? Maybe just better wording would be good.

One thing I did terribly was the grammar and probably language behind how the abilities work everything was sorta open based on the initial idea of the overall character.

this is a really inventive kit, i kinda adore how goofy it is. i think the biggest point of feedback that i can offer is that the wording is fairly unclear on the passive, and if made into a proper hero, i could see the anti-gravity field being fairly frustrating to fight around in?
additionally, the way the whole kit ties together with goop being left everywhere is really cool but i think it could be further elevated by playing around with health regen, adding pips to those blobs or something similar.

Thank you so much for the feedback. I feel like a zero gravity zone that offers personal movement for each hero caught in it might make the team fight more dynamic especially for heros who are stuck with boots on ground. It's sorta identified as a double edged sword with how it would offer benefits and advantages to his team mates while also giving slight disadvantage to enemies who are caught init but I don't know how to organize that into a well structured ability description.

the base idea of the zero gravity zone is really cool though and in thinking about it more, i can definitely see the double edged sword aspect of it, though i still feel like it would be somewhat frustrating

What if enemies where always effected and allies would get like the option to bounce around by holding space bar.

I was thinking of a way maybe to make the ult less annoying for both parties, i think most of it would be based on how it would sound and visually play out in the game. But mechanically making it into almost a mini game of jumping at the right time for enemies and allowing allies extra floaty extra jumpy and more Arial control in the sky would be kinda dope. Making it more of a flat team wide buff, and flat debuff for enemy team. Plus adding some skill involved with using goop stacks as goooe. Here is what I was thinking.
BOUNCE HOUSE!:
Gooooe and Spudd epic high-five as they separate. Goooe becomes a huge slime puddle while spud flys up to make a bounce house. Every odd second allies are grounded and enemies are bounced into the sky. While every even second enemies are slammed to the ground causing damage while allies can freely float, and bounce within the zone at 300% efficiency in every direction. Lasts for 8 seconds.

oh thats a nice improvement, it adds some counterplay and makes the ultimate just a touch more unique! i think the heal might be a bit overkill but thats about it

Okay IV changed this up a bit here it is the new language that some what makes more sense
