i dont get the point why loot cores got more expensive? is there a reason for it? i mean if you buy platinum you get a discount too if you buy more. For me that change makes no sense.

Regardless of how you choose to justify the decision, the reason was to increase revenue. Whether or not the need was warranted is irrelevant to that. This change was made for the same reason.

Checking the patch notes I see no stated explanation for this. Only a small note added after the patch notes were released stating that pricing has been "standardized" (no bulk discount).

The price of a single Loot Core is now standardized at 300 Platinum across all bundles.
Was this somehow a last minute decision for it to not have been included in the patch notes prior to the update being released?
