#Enter Key reduces resolution while in a match

Reproduction Steps: Enter into a match, and then press the enter key.

Expected vs. Actual Behavior: My key bindings have my enter key bring up the in-game chat. Most of the time when I play though, the enter key will reduce the resolution of my game and force it into windowed mode. When I go to check the video settings, it says that it is in windowed mode and the resolution changes to 1280 x 720. I can press the enter key again, and the game window returns to my normal resolution (5129 x 1440) and goes back to full screen.

Game Version and System: Steam, Mouse and Keyboard.

Extra Info:

  1. In the video that is attached, the bug only happens on the fisrt "enter Key" press. After the first press, the enter key works as intended. This is not normal. Normally, it will flip flop between low resolution/windowed and normal resolution/full screen.
  2. The video resolution is 720p, sorry. Had to get it under 100MB for discord.
