Hello. I bought Warp Stream on Grux using his blink augment, and it didn't work. Tele-Blink had a full 120 second cooldown, rendering the augment completely useless.
I figured this wasn't a bug, but if this interaction should not work, I feel like Warp Stream should be unable to be purchased on Grux if you have the augment equipped.
It not working is a bit disappointing, but buying it without testing it first is basically an instant lose since you can't tell if it works or not until you blink.
