Hello, this is happening for a couple days. Suddenly the game freezes and there is nothing that I can do, I'm not sure if this is a connectivity issue but that's the 1st thing that comes to mind. If I re-launch the game, it happens again immediately after the map loads again. I noticed that the only way to fix it is by restarted the PC. I'm getting matchmaking bans because of this and that's unfair. This happened with both Epic and Steam version. I have a Asus ROG Ally Z1 and I play with PS5 controller. I have a video of this happening you can noticed that the in-game timer stops at 13:57, after using my ability I can't move anymore.

Happened just now
after this I restarted the PC, and tried to rejoin the match, but it was only loading here for over 2 min. if you pay attention on minutes 2:00, 2:15, 2:20 it makes a weird sound. After that I restarted the PC again.
I always restart the PC because just closing and opening the game again will not help. Thanks for helping me with this. I hope the video quality can help to read the stats
another thing, when it happens I can't walk
usually, only happens once in a day, in my 1st match or 2nd. (now was the 2nd). but on thursday it happened again later in the day, I didn't record because I wasn't expecting it to happen again

Hey @lament zephyr , I checked the server logs and the server thinks you disconnected (TIMED OUT after 30s of not receiving any updates from your connection)
I would love it if you can get together with our QA Lead @gusty heath and perhaps we can get you on a debug build that will show us what is happening in more details 🙏 (if you are open to it)
