Halfway through a match we were winning, our Riktor DCs, but is still talking. He then says he resets game, even his console, but cannot join. Aftermatch report and Omeda attached, unsure if there is a way to get VP back for this, but kinda insane. We even lose full VP for this loss, doesnt say anything after game ends regarding a player being DC'd and therefore they will get punished.

Do you perhaps have a match ID so we could see what was happening there on the backend side?

And you know they would totally drop out of the team chat when they were rejoining the game and/or restarting their consul because they would go silent for a while. However, every time they would rejoin eventually after a couple minutes and then just still say their screen is frozen they can’t do anything. Something to note also, I did not have the ability to report them, unsure if someone else did, but someone on my team commented to report them. When I would go during the game into the team tab option, I went to go click on the report button out of curiosity, and I wasn’t able to click it. I was able to click it for everyone else, but it was almost as if the option was disabled, similarly, with all of the other options next to the report option in the team menu.
