#Overlord Bugged?

Reproduction Steps:
In practice mode, just using Overlord, and then comparing it to an equal 40 physical power to see if the Cleave passive on Overlord is working as intended.

Expected vs. Actual Behavior:
I expect the passive to do more than 2 extra damage. Or if it's only supposed to apply on enemies around the aoe (which i'm pretty sure it isn't), then why is it adding 2 extra damage? Might be crazy here, but my calculations for level 6 and with Overlord's passive with Rampage's stats should add 79.925 damage before damage mitigation on the Colossal Cleave passive.

Screenshots/Videos:
The clip shown below. I use Overlord, does 74 damage, I get 40 physical power to match the base 40 physical of Overlord and it does 72.

Game Version and System:
On the Epic Games version and playing on patch 1.5.7.

Have we got an answer if it's bugged or not? Just want an answer, as it's kinda a big deal, and also important to the builds i'm trying to update for my "Builds For All" page. Thanks for all the help and quick responses across the server btw, you guys rock

Let's check 2 of your builds:

  1. Overlord - 40 physical power + 275 HP.
The Overlord item has a health attribute. Rumble (Rampage Ability) have passive: Gain (+1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25% ) Physical Power.
  2. Temporal Ripper [x2] - 40 physical power + 8 ability haste.

Ok but it used to do damage on the target you hit with the cleave if i'm not mistaken. I remember it used to, hence part of why it got built in the first place

I think the community manager also thinks the same because instead of correcting me, they said they'd look into it. If they knew differently, they would have just corrected me

As I said, could be mistaken but I remember it doing damage to it's main target plus whatever was around it

I get that, i'm saying I'm pretty sure it worked differently before to also do single target damage. We'll see the answer from a community manager hopefully but i'm like 90% sure it used to work that way.
