This is an okay build even tho it has everything that a greystone wants but i usually build him like this. Crest Saphir's or iskcorn talons. Basilisk, tainted guard, Citadel, Tainted bastion giant's ring agis of agawar. If the enemy doesn't have any annoying magic damage then instead of bastion go Draconum. I usually win my matchups and have great engage while also not taking much damage from ganks
Judgment is also a solid crest for greystone really good on him. If you want razorback on greystone go for it, it's still great on him.

overlord, sky, earth, draconum and you basically win

You don't need overlord or skysplitter because greystone deals so much damage and good wave clear that you just focus on being tank/brusier.

Overlord is a really good tank item for offlane, especially since he had really good lane clear, and sky just helps get quick and easy kills, wouldny recommend it if I dont use it and it didn't work
As far as I know, unless they changed it in 1.6 overlord gives health for farm and kill and doesnt cap so I use it to replace other health items
