crashing and requiring reinstall to play

why am i getting banned for the game crashing in lobby and requiring a reinstall to be playable? happens every like 30 games or so, you would think it could be addressed at any point in the last 6 months but idk

is it getting corruped every 10 games every install? literally every single day if i play enough games this happens without fail and has for well over a year and getting banned because of it is so unbelievably frustrating

i uninstall and do a fresh reinstall every week i think. i can verify but shouldnt that be the same as a fresh install?
