I have a problem I don't know why my account is banned I could read that because of misbehaving issues but that's not true I can't even use the chat. I believe that I people keept reporting because they got angry think Im cheating and that's not fair how to to get support for this issue

I've been banned 3 game sessions in a row, with no understanding as to why.

I literally had just 2 games today, the first game our support had 30 jungle minions by the 20th minute because he flipped out 2-3 minutes in to the game and started jungling, whilst spamming 'out of mana' to the whole team every death. We agreed to report him.

The second game we won in 25 minutes because I shredded the left lane and took the core.

For all I know, my team reported me for pushing their inhib, whilst our mid tower was under siege but that's what won us the match because I took the core in the same push.

Being banned for 2 days because my team mates can't read the game can't be true but neither can I be blamed for a support who has 2 full jungle clears in a 20 minute match. I'd love for someone to show me why I was banned.

Ok agree then game before 2b886a5d-3382-4c16-a2be-b837a5e36d41 I was forsed to be jung and not good but this is not reason to be banned IMO.

The ban should describe more actual reason and time- so ppl can make corrections.

tailor- not, but against what rule -why not? I expect there is some kind rule list. currently it covers AFK, harassment,... in same pot.

let say that game is unwinnable like 4 :20 someone from team refuses to surrender and I will stay in base and got reported because of that -so I will be banned... GOOD JOB!

If humans are involved in the banning process, then they must have footage that they analyse and if that's the case, there's no reason they can't send it with an explanation of thier decision. It would help people learn from their mistake and appeal

But here's what I find curious. I've had 4600 matches... (Yes, I know that's ridicilous)... I've been banned 3 game sessions in a row. I was surprised by all 3. It doesn't make sense that I've made it all this time with no bans and now 3 in 3 sessions.

I have my entire last session recorded (it was less than an hour) and have watched it back, I did nothing wrong, which suggests it was for past behaviour but I'd just come back from a ban that I also didn't do anything wrong that I can see... so are these for past crimes?

I lose about 50% of matches, and I hardly ever make it through a losing match without someone wanting someone else banned. There's always a fall guy, who had the least kills, most deaths, maybe didin't gank, or make calls or did both those things but is getting blamed anyhow. So, out of the 2300 games where I lose, if we assume half the matches (1150) there was someone reported and I'm a 5th of that, that's 230+ ban requests against my name.

If this system is factoring in how many ban requests I get as part of the decision process, then I'm probably not going to make it through another play session.

I did appeal, the reply I got was:

"I was looking in the system and ban is legit because you have been reported multiple times by other users for: AFK, Intentional feeding and verbal abuse. "

I've never intentionally fed, ever so I'd love to see that game, why waste your own time?

I've AFK'ed once or twice (like, literally in a handful of games) over the 4600 games but not in many months, as a glance at my profile would show and as for Verbal Abuse, that's not my style, I'm usually the guy saying "there's no need for that... fight the other team, not our team". I'm definitely no the guy who turns racist, sexist or tells people to kill themselves, I hate all that stuff.

I've asked for them to send details. It looks to me that the volume of complaints has led to the ban but I explained the maths earlier. A guy with my number of games is going to have a significant number of complaints because people can't take losing and they are quick to report anyone who is getting beat.

I wonder, do you guys have stats on reports per percentage of games. Also, I'm betting money, jungler gets most reports.

The next match I was Feng Mao jungler, their Boris invaded the 1st camp and killed me, then with me behind he ganked everyone and by the 10th minute my Aurora midlaner, rage quit after Boris killed her.

Aurora was up against Skyler.... not an easy game for a midlaner.

My offlaner was warding in his lane rather than in the curtain so kept getting ganked. I was getting slagged off by the whole team the entire match.

I kept calm but this was back to back games where I was the fall guy a crazy team. The offlaner in the second match was insane down the mic, the midlaner was going nuts.

So... according to your report system... It will be genuine because multiple accounts probably reported me but in reality, I did nothing wrong and here I am with a 3 day ban. Less than a week after the 2 day ban, that's 4 bans in 2 weeks. I have nearly 4700 games but suddenly can't make it through a game session without a ban.

Hi, sorry to bother you.

I picked up a 3 day ban today and did nothing wrong.

I have the footage. My crime is that 2 games back-to-back, my opponent ran the game and so my team went nuts at me.

I was midlaner in one game, where my opponent (Wraith) was ganking everywhere. He ran the game but that's largely because a premade duo on my team were made up of Feng Mao support and Zarus Carry, with our offlaner as Skyler. (It's not hard to imagine why an invisible ADC with long range might have a fieldday against an assasin and a fighter duo). The duo were both sending messages "Mid is trash", "Mid is useless", spamming coms all game, etc.

People talking about multi Day bans...those bans Build up. So you've been engaging ins ome kind of behavior that was getting you bans before hand as well. Just saying, let snot ignore that. Also? Yeah can suck if you're the weak link in ranked match and get reported. However I would argue that bad/dumb picks? Ignoring your lane or Role or slaggign them game off with half ass effort SHOULD count as intentional feeing in ranked. Ranked is where you should bring yoru A game and A heroes. Not learn new builds or characters.

My game crashed at the first 5min of of ranked and I just took 1:30 min tops to reconect, i died in tower while disconected (NOT AFK) and stayed fot the rest of the game till we surrended and I got banned

Never experienced a single crash since Pred launched on STEAM and I've undergone several hardware changes. Sounds like an issue on your end. Regardless of whether you abandoned a game by having a poor system to play on or if you did it intentionally, it still hurts the rest of the community as now 4 other players are losing thanks to you. A ban is completely viable in this situation.
