My friend and I are both silver1, me with every win 17+ but my friend with every win 29+
Although we play all our games together

the difference is sth called mmr. mmr is the rank the game thinks you should be at

the more it is different from your actual rank, the more you gain/lose, depending on the sign of the difference

As far as I can see, I played in my friend's better rank and got a kill

And another problem of the game is that if someone left in the rank game, points should not be deducted from the losing team
