but for declining queue? sounds bull, and is bull. you have the same number before and after. so unless you lose decimals, you dont lose anything

because your VP might not update til after a match. things in the past have caused this

If they really do have that they should show you how many peoples you did find already during queue. Can't be that my average queue time is 10+ minutes, sometimes even 18 minutes or more and i lose vp for not being there the random moment when it has found a match.
The moment where it will get declined anyway two times in a row from someone else.

well thats called "dodge" then if you do it during draft. and iirc the ban notification also informs you about losing vp for dodging, though it doesnt mention the amount. on that note, how much does one lose for a dodge? havent checked in a while but i thought it was less than 5, so it wouldnt make sense to lose 5 for a decline

Yes, if it’s found a match and it’s popped you and you click decline you can lose some VP. I don’t think it’s every time, but I’ve lost I think 5 VP for it. Makes sense for a couple of reasons, but I agree they should tell you about it since most people don’t even notice it happening. How would it be a deterrent if you’re not aware

On a similar note, if you’re raging at the game and you alt-f4 for the night and don’t play for a while, you’re never notified you incurred a ban.

Could be wrong on that one, but someone told me about it and I haven’t tried to recreate it for obvious reasons lol. Maybe they had zero marks against them and no ban

I think they removed it. I declined 3 times in a row, didnt change, then won a game and my vp is where it should have been if i didnt lose anything. so rip. No deterrent
