You can run whatever you want except full-tank : although maybe tank serath is the true sauce)
Just keep cooking different orders and types of methods.
For me I’ve tried Lifesteal, HP, Pen, Atkspd and Crit Serath.
But the most effective item is Nightfall on her.
Times I go without it I feel much weaker and can’t confirm kills under tower as frequently
