I almost never lose when I build this way unless the enemy team is just better, I want to see more people play countess, in the current meta where ADC's and Bruisers are dominating, Countess is the perfect answer to every Murdock, Sparrow, Crunch, Khaimera and Grux player, nobody can beat this build 1 on 1 with a full build unless its Shinbi or Aurora with a lot of life steal

Scepter is great, but i rather go spellbreaker so my combo isnt interrupted
