Just start Tainted Totem and Megacosm then go into Dynamo or Everbloom doesnt matter which one your final items should be Lunaria and Windcaller. This should be your whole build youll be able to deal some annoying debuffs from items that give you good mage stats and dont rely on your Damage rather then the enemies Health and healing. And you can still provide good healing and utility for your team.

My build does 350 healing over three seconds and with an aggressive ally or playing in team fights i can get ults off constantly

Im taking raw numbers and if you want to call it a totality. at base thats 451 healing max stacks on lunaria plus every heal benefits from the item scaling of those 3 mentioned at 28% effectiveness.

pull out your healing done in that match.
Its also weird how every Platinum, Diamond and Paragon has Lunaria included in the first 4 slots of choices. Slot 4 being the most common.

in 15 minutes ive done 4297 with 2377 mitigated

average match usually around 30~35mins. Half the time double the numbers so an average wouldve been 8594 not counting full build.
i gave an example of a usual build i use. I strongly disagree with "What everyone else is doing" type builds.
