me neither especially with the limited selection of items.
was there a reason to remove Tec Mallet? no well why was it removed then and replaced by the shitty mistwood buckler
Tec mallet didnt allow for more moves peed items etc without them giving too much extra power with tec mallet
my guess is new items will conflict with other ones so they have to make room for them
Simple solution reduce the power scaling and movement speed
They did this with every other item in 6 items there is no reason why this couldn't have been done

No that would be an adjustment to the item not a rework it would still be the same item, the only change would be the scaling and stats
Passive and stat layout would still be the same
Similar to Stonewall they reduced the scaling of it not sure when they removed the stun they need to bring that back as an anti CC item

It was technically since once you go to 40% it can save you from being stun chained

Wished Tenacity was a better stat
It would make it very bad
Its simpler just to remove it than balance it perfectly every time

65 magic power is wild
That is on the low side wild would be 80 to 90
It's close to the Magic Power of a support item
And both have no effect no effect on abilities only a select few passives and actives
Orb of Growth is 120
ive been playing too much support
World Breaker would be close to 160 or more on heroes like Sevarog
Yeah WB on Sev is like 215 with 3500 Bonus Health which I have gotten before
Chrono Weave would be a good support item a little attack speed and on hit damage for building Haste would mesh well with Marshall and other support items
Anyways I purposely made sure the numbers where low and revised the numbers so that it isn't broken but a neat niche item that would fit well into the game

I think tec mallet was removed because it would be broken with Gaia

Not very strong I made the Stats and passive rather tame even with prophecy oathkeeper accounted for you cant really push past 240 magic basics and you would be missing out on the benefits of haste if you go any item that boost the damage of abilities such as Wraith and Caustica
For Example Typhoon | Prophecy > Shard > Chrono > O. Crown > Oathkeeper > Lifebinder that would be 566 Magic Power and a total of 68 Haste so around 170 Magic Basics and 240% Attack Speed
In the case of grim and muriel it would be higher but they would lack % damage but still in fairness that is around 120 more magic basic which would add up to 290 + 10% = 329
Does this change much of what they are currently capable of doing? No it just improve itemization and gives them more attack speed it also opens up options for more APC characters.
